My name is Mike Tomash. I am a certified home inspector, a member of the American Society of Home Inspectors and own Tomash Professional Home Inspection, LLC. My background includes 31 years as a professional carpenter. During that time my job duties ranged from being a general contractor to working as a carpenter in the field. I’ve been in business since May 14, 2007 and have performed over 3,100 paid inspections through February 2014.
My comprehensive inspection includes visual evaluation of nearly 400 different items that affect the safety, condition and value of your home. Following the inspection you will receive a detailed report which lists any deficiencies found, contains suggestions for improvements and identifies the operating systems of the home. The report also contains maintenance advice so you may keep your home in like new condition. You may accompany me during the inspection if you wish.
